Terms and Conditions

Scope
These terms apply to the use of this website and, once the shop is active, to all orders placed through it.
Pre-launch status
The shop is currently in pre-launch. No purchase contract can be concluded at this time. Registering for the private launch does not create a purchase obligation on either side.
Prices and currency
Prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF). Prices are published when the shop opens. Any statement regarding value added tax will be added once the company's tax status is confirmed.
Orders
Once the shop is live, an order is a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order by email.
Delivery
Delivery is initially offered within Switzerland. Delivery times and shipping rates are published with the launch.
Right of withdrawal and returns
Return conditions are set out on the Shipping and Returns page. For hygiene reasons, underwear can only be returned unworn and in unopened original packaging.
Liability
Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Applicable law
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is confirmed with the final company details.
